Company Introduction
YHWL（盈和网联）, a joint venture between Raisethink Inc (睿智思科) and PCITC (石化盈科), is committed to providing industry-leading digital solutions and efficient risk management services in the digital transformation of state-owned enterprises and central enterprises in China. The executive team, with graduates from top universities such as Tsinghua, Peking University, and Beijing Jiaotong University, is led by Chairman Xian Rong and Vice General Manager Yang Chenke, both from Raisethink Inc.
Xian Rong and Yang Chenke, graduates of the Computer Science Department at Tsinghua University, are the key innovators, architects, designers, and core module developers of the company’s main products, Fusion (富盛系统) and X-Ray (思睿系统). Xian Rong, the top scorer in the 1999 Qinghai Province College Entrance Examination, and Yang Chenke, ranking third in the 2001 Sichuan Province College Entrance Examination with a perfect score in mathematics, founded Raisethink Inc.
Zhang Yongcheng, General Manager of YHWL, serves as Vice President at PCITC . He is responsible for overseeing the entire ERP mega-centralization project for Sinopec Group, a colossal undertaking spanning over a decade. The project, with the goal of integrating business and finance and unifying the three flows, encompasses Sinopec’s various subsidiaries and branches worldwide. Sinopec’s ERP implementation stands as SAP’s largest-scale application case globally.
With the fully self-developed and innovative Fusion and X-Ray products, YHWL strives to transform clients’ management systems from chaos to order.
